A person who placed an advertisement online was attacked on Monday by a person who responded to it, Fairfax County Police said.  It happened at 6:20 p.m. on the 14000 block of Lady Madonna Court where the victim had agreed to meet a person who was interested in buying the property she was selling.  Once there, the suspect pulled out a handgun and assaulted the victim, then took the property, police said.  No injuries were reported.  The suspect then fled in a dark, four-door Honda Accord. The suspect is described as a black man in his twenties who stands  about 5' 11" tall. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call Fairfax County Police at the agency's Sully District Station at 703-691-2131.
