County Responds to Boston Marathon Bombing: 'If You See Something, Say Something'

The Fairfax County Emergency information blog asks county residents to be 'vigilant'.

The Fairfax County Emergency Information blog is warning residents to be vigilant in the wake of today's bombings at the Boston Marathon.

"One key way to remain vigilant is to always be aware of your surroundings – from your neighborhood to a mall to public transportation to a public venue such as a stadium. Remember, 'If you see something, say something,' according to the blog.

Virginia's hotline number to report suspicous activity is 1-877-482-8477, and information can be submitted in an online form.
