- In a Fairfax County court on Thursday, Troy Reynolds accepted a plea deal for operating a school bus while under the influence of alcohol. The incident, which occurred in October 2022, led to Reynolds crashing the bus with 44 students and four teachers aboard on his way back from Cox Farms located in Centreville. Per the terms of the plea agreement, Reynolds is prohibited from driving any commercial vehicle, must undergo substance abuse treatment, and will be placed on probation. (Fox 5 DC)
- A 32-year-old man was shot and hospitalized with serious injuries near the Fairfax County border in Alexandria. The incident occurred on Saturday, Mar. 18, and the Alexandria Police Department is requesting anyone with information to contact Det. Edmund Dougherty at 703-746-6697. (WRIC)
