SYA Little League Spring Baseball and Softball

Registration is now open for SYA Little League Baseball and Softball for the spring season. Baseball is available for boys and girls ages 4 to 12 years old and softball for girls 7 to 16 years old. Little League is a fun, team focused activity where all experience levels are welcome at any age. In our younger Tee Ball (4-6 years old) and Coach Pitch (5-7 years old) leagues, teams are organized by school and neighborhood boundaries so you get to meet families that live nearby.

In baseball, our Rookies (7-8 years old), Minors AA/AAA (8-12 years old) and Majors (10-12 years old) play teams in our SYA LL organization on fields in the Centreville and Western Fairfax area, such as Patriot Park North.

For softball, our teams have the opportunity to play against other Little League softball teams in the area, such as Fairfax, Loudoun County, and Alexandria. While having the opportunity to play at Patriot Park North and Colin Powell Elementary's softball fields.

The baseball Minors and Majors divisions and softball have the opportunity to play All Star baseball at the end of the season, for a possible run all the way to the Little League World Series!

New this year: there are no boundary requirements for League Ages 7 and under! You can now invite friends/family, 7 and under that you would like to play on a team with, regardless if they live in our Centreville/Clifton/Western Fairfax boundary.

The season runs from Opening Day on Saturday, March 29th through early June. For the younger leagues, practices are one day a week with 1 game on Saturdays. For the older leagues, the teams practice 2 times a week and have 1 game a week, progressing to 2 games later in the season.
