UPDATE: Man Indicted in Crash That Killed Local Girl
Carlos Eugene Lucas charged with two counts of aggravated involuntary manslaughter.

Lucas is being held without bond at the Prince William County Adult Detention Center in Manassas, VA.

A grand jury has indicted the Gainesville man who allegedly caused the crash that resulted in the death of 20-year-old , of Chantilly, and David Richardson, 50, of Warrenton.
Carlos Eugene Lucas, 22, was charged yesterday with two counts of aggravated involuntary manslaughter and one count of maiming while driving, according to Prince William County court records. The count of maiming while driving is in regard to Jandrositz's boyfriend, who survived, but was injured in the crash. Prince William County Police said that Lucas was speeding and driving under the influence in the Nov. 19 crash.
