Arlington Police: Man Pushes Woman To Ground in Purse Snatching

A man grabbed a woman by the head and pushed her to the ground before snatching her purse, according to the Arlington County Police Department. 

The incident happened as the woman walked home from work at 12:10 a.m. Monday in the 4100 block of 4th Street North, police report.

The man ran away from the scene. He is in his late 20s, about 5 feet, 8 inches tall and 150 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He wore a red long-sleeve shirt, black pants and a black hat, police report.
