Crime Report: Three Arrested on Prostitution Charges
The following arrest information was supplied by the Arlington County Police Department.

Three people have been arrested on prostitution-related charges, according to the Arlington County Police Department.
At about 10 p.m. on Dec. 12, a man and a woman were seen engaging in sexual activity for money inside of a car parked in the 3000 block of South Columbia Pike, according to police.
Osman Javier Mejia, 33, of Arlington, was charged with soliciting a prostitute and released on a summons.

Richard Arden Leonard, 69, also of Arlington, was charged with promoting prostitution with a vehicle and released on a summons.
Angelia Kennedy, 48, of Alexandria, was charged with prostitution and was released on a summons.

Malicious Wounding
Two men got into fight at a residence, which resulted in one of them hitting the other in the head and taking off with the victim’s car, according to police.
The incident took place at about 7 a.m. Tuesday in the 2400 block of South Kenwood Street, according to police. No arrests have been made a this time.
Burglary
A safe, cash and jewelry were taken from a residence sometime between 8:40 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Dec. 11 from a home in the 6200 block of North 27th Street, according to police.
