CLARENDON, VA — Arlington County police are looking or a man who was reported looking into apartment windows in the Clarendon on Thursday morning, according to the daily crime report.

Officers responded around 11:58 a.m to the 700 block of North Monroe Street for the report of an attempted burglary. A witness told police they saw a man looking into the window of the victim's apartment. The man ran away once he noticed he was being observed.

Police described the suspect as a white man with a thin build, standing 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-10. He was wearing a red baseball cap and a dark jacket.
