Arlington Man Arrested For Peeping Into Fort Myer Heights Window

ROSSLYN, VA — Arlington County Police charged a man with peeping through a window of a Fort Myer Heights home early Friday morning, according to the daily crime report.

Officers responded around 1:30 a.m. to the 1300 block of North Pierce Street for the report of a peeping. A witness told police they had observed someone looking into the victim's window while holding a cellphone. Police obtained arrest warrants for 36-year-old Darrin Roberson of Arlington, who they took into custody later that day.

Police charged Roberson with peeping and the unlawful creation of an image of another.
