ARLINGTON, VA — Colony Grill in Clarendon will be serving a special corned beef and cabbage bar pie to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day and the restaurant’s Irish roots.

Bar pie is a thin-crust pizza that is smaller in diameter than a traditional pizza with a thin layer of cheese and sauce, so slices can be easily managed with one hand.

From Monday, March 14 through Friday, March 18, Colony Grill customers can order the restaurant’s corned beef and cabbage pizza, a thin-crust pizza topped with cheese, julienne-style cabbage, corned beef and a mixture of Dijon mustard and hot oil.
