Here are the top three stories in Clarendon-Courthouse-Rosslyn today:

  1. A 22-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly robbing a gun store in Clarendon and stealing a gun and ammunition. The incident took place on the afternoon of Mar. 2 at Nova Armory, according to an Arlington County Police Department report. Authorities say the 22-year-old shares the same name as a man who charged the suspect in his twin brother's shooting death in a Pittsburgh courtroom last year. (ARLnow)
  2. Arlington County is considering a land-use rule change to allow the construction of up to six units of "missing middle housing" on a single plot of land in neighborhoods zoned only for single-family homes. The proposed change aims to increase the number of affordable multi-family homes in the area. Community members were able to provide feedback during yesterday's Planning Commission meeting, the last opportunity for public input before the board votes on the proposal on Mar. 18. (ABC 7)
  3. Two new Clarendon eateries have been featured in Arlington Magazine's latest brunch spot roundup. Bar Ivy, which launched its brunch menu in October, is a West Coast-style cafe with a spacious patio and expansive menu. Seamore's, which branched into Virginia just this fall, is known for its sustainable seafood and bottomless brunch. (Arlington Magazine)
