Police Arrest 20-Year-Old In Dale City Double Homicide

DALE CITY, VA — The Prince William County Police Department charged a 20-year-old Woodbridge man in connection with a double homicide that occurred at a home in Dale City last Friday, the police said Thursday.

Julian Khari Graham was identified by police as the second suspect who forcibly entered a home where two people were fatally shot.

During an exchange of gunfire, a resident of the home and the other suspect, Zhabriell Antoine Perkins, 20, of Woodbridge, were both fatally shot, and a 21-year-old contractor wounded. Police identified the resident who was killed as Joseph James Harden, 20.

According to the Prince William County police, Graham and Perkins forced their way into the home in the 14100 block of Renegade Court in Dale City around 11:30 a.m. on Nov. 5. While Perkins died in the shooting, Graham was able to flee the home.

Last weekend, the police released a photo of the second suspect — who police believe was Graham — at a vehicle described as a black 2014 Jeep Cherokee, with a silver trim package and Virginia temporary license plate 98254K.

Graham, who was arrested on Wednesday, was charged with second degree murder, burglary while armed and use of a firearm in commission of a felony. He is being held in the Prince William County jail without bond, the police said.
