The famous George Washington Birthday Parade in Old Town Alexandria starts at 1 p.m. Monday.
The weather for Monday is forecasted to be sunny, with a parade time temperature between 37 and 41 degrees. Winds will be light (much lighter than Sunday) and coming from the northwest.

According to the parade and event's official website:
On Parade Day (Monday, Feb. 18), parking is free at the parking adjacent to the Eisenhower Avenue Metro Station; from here, a free DASH shuttle bus will take you downtown and back from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The free OLD TOWN TROLLEY service will also be in operation all day until 11 p.m. from King Street Metro Station going east and west along King Street.
