Vernon Ave.) Wednesday afternoon, at about 4:30 p.m., according to City spokesman Craig Fifer. No injuries were reported.The restaurant had just reopened Wednesday after being closed since January. Fire and police units remained on site for some time Wednesday afternoon to complete fire operations and traffic control. Mt. Vernon Avenue was closed in both directions between E.
