Restaurants Open Christmas Day And Christmas Eve 2023 In Del Ray

ALEXANDRIA, VA — Many restaurants in Del Ray will be closed Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, but some will remain open to serve people who don’t want to fuss with a big meal, are traveling or who don’t celebrate the holiday.

We’ve curated a list of restaurants around Del Ray and Alexandria — ranging from small businesses to national chains for people who are on the road for the holidays — that are open Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, unless otherwise noted. Make sure you call ahead for a reservation and to confirm hours at Del Ray locations. Some restaurants may offer limited hours, and not all locations of chains are open for the holidays.

Here are the local restaurants offering specials:

• Lena's Wood-Fired Pizza + Tap: Enjoy a Christmas specials menu on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Hours are 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for brunch and 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Christmas Eve and 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Christmas Day.
• Del Ray Cafe: Enjoy a three-course Christmas Eve menu for $85 per person from Dec. 22 to 24.
• Matt & Tony's All Day Kitchen + Bar: Christmas packages are available to order for pickup after 3 p.m. on Dec. 23 or before 3 p.m. on Dec. 24. Reservations are also available on Christmas Eve.
• Junction Bakery & Bistro: Holiday pre-orders are available until Dec. 20 for pickup between noon on Dec. 22 to noon on Dec. 24. Brunch will be served from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Dec. 24, and the restaurant will be closed on Dec. 25.
• Spice Kraft Indian Bistro: Open regular hours on Dec. 24 and closed on Dec. 25.
• Cheesetique: Order a holiday platter and other holiday specials. Christmas Eve reservations are also available.
• Northside 10: A Christmas Eve to-go package is being offered for pickup on Dec. 23 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• District Biscuit Co.: Accepting pre-orders for pickup on Dec. 24. The restaurant will be closed on Dec. 25 and 26.
• RT's Restaurant: Open for Christmas Eve reservations.
