ALEXANDRIA, VA -- A food delivery person was robbed at gunpoint Monday night in Alexandria, according to police.The Alexandria Police Department is investigating the robbery, which took place in the 100 block of Yale Drive (see map below).The suspect brandished a gun and stole items from the food delivery person, police said. There were no injuries. Police did not release a description of the suspect. ALEXANDRIA, VA -- A food delivery person was robbed at gunpoint Monday night in Alexandria, according to police.

The Alexandria Police Department is investigating the robbery, which took place in the 100 block of Yale Drive (see map below).The suspect brandished a gun and stole items from the food delivery person, police said. There were no injuries. Police did not release a description of the suspect. Police sent out an alert about the robbery just after midnight.
