Volunteer Alexandria Old Town Arts & Crafts Festival — Event Volunteers and Face Painters

Alexandria Black History Museum — Reception Volunteer

Volunteers are needed who have an interest in history, and in particular, Alexandria's African-American history and culture, to staff the reception desk, greet visitors, handle phone calls, and help with special projects. Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) — Emergency Volunteer Training

Stop Child Abuse Now (SCAN) — Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA)

Volunteers advocate for children in abuse and neglect cases, custody cases, and cases where a child is in need of services. Senior Services of Alexandria — Friendly Visitor Volunteers

Sexual Assault Center — Hotline Volunteers
Website: alexandriava.gov/Volunteer. Volunteers are needed to be hotline companions on the 24/7 crisis hotline.

The Lyceum — Visitor Services and Museum Shop Volunteers
