$1M Agreement Convinces City’s Largest Private Employer To Stay Put
Fairfax City Economic Development convinced Lockheed Martin's Zeta Associates to sign a 10-year lease at WillowWood Plaza on Eaton Place.

FAIRFAX CITY, VA — The City of Fairfax’s largest private employer and office space user are renewing a lease at its 225,000-square-foot office thanks to a $1 million city incentive, according to reports.
Zeta Associates Inc., a Lockheed Martin Corp company, signed a 10-year lease on Nov. 7 for the four-building WillowWood Plaza office complex, which is located at 10302 Eaton Place, according to the Washington Business Journal.
Christopher Bruno, the president and CEO of the Fairfax City Economic Development, told WBJ reporter Dan Brendel that the city agreed to pay $100,000 annually for facility modernization if the Zeta Associates commited to staying at WillowWood Plaza office complex for 10 years.
