3 Suspects Charged After Assault, Robbery at Apartment: Police

Police say two women and a man have been arrested and charged after breaking into an apartment Monday in Fairfax City.

Police say the three entered a home, without permission, at the Layton Hall Apartments, 10300 block of Layton Hall Drive Monday at about 2:25 p.m. Police say the man, 21, began attacking the resident with a steel bar.
Another occupant at the home called police and the three suspects fled, but two were nabbed by responding police officers, police said. The third suspect was identified.

The suspects include Suraje Hassan Dumbuya, 21, of 10919 Santa Clara Drive, Fairfax, who was transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged with assault and battery and unlawful entry and his bond for those offenses was set at $3,000. He was ordered held without bond for an outstanding warrant for probation violation from Prince William County.
The other two suspects, Julia Anne Spencer, 21, and Johanna Princess Graham, 22, both of 10919 Santa Clara Drive, Fairfax, were charged with unlawful entry and released on summonses.

Shoplifting Arrest 16-06769: 10350 Willard Way / Safeway – On April 25 at 12:43 PM a manager reported that a male subject had attempted to steal merchandise from the store by concealing it in his shirt, and had dropped the items when confronted by an employee. The suspect was located in the area and taken into custody. Shane Tristan Floer, 29, of 8428 Arbutus Road, Pasadena, Maryland, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged with larceny—third or subsequent offense and ordered held without bond.
Larceny 16-06822: 9400 Block of Fairfax Boulevard / Foxcroft Colony Condominiums – On April 26 at 10:22 AM the resident reported that a male acquaintance had entered the residence on April 25 and removed several items of property including a computer which did not belong to him.
Larceny 16-06826: 3600, 3700, 3800 and 3900 Blocks of Chain Bridge Road – On April 26 at 11:48 AM a candidate reported that sometime between 10:00 PM on April 25 and 6:00 AM on April 26 unknown person(s) had removed campaign signs which had been placed in the yards of seven residences.
