AC Hotel, Residence Inn To Open In Reston Town Center: Report

RESTON, VA — Operated by Donohoe Hospitality Services, AC Hotel and Residence Inn by Marriott Reston are set to open next month in Reston Town Center, according to an industry report.

“The property has 267 guestrooms across 16 floors,” according to Hotel Management Magazine. “The Residence Inn has 120 guestrooms with fully equipped kitchens while the AC Hotel has 147 guest rooms with a modern design. Shared amenities include 11,300 square feet of meeting and event space, a spa-style indoor pool, a fitness facility, a full-service restaurant and an all-season rooftop bar and lounge.”

Aside from being located within walking distance to the Reston Town Center Station on Metro’s Silver Line, AC Hotel and Residence Inn will offer two food and beverage venues, Seven Restaurant & Bar and SYN Rooftop Bar & Lounge, Hotel Management reports.
