The City of Fairfax will be holding CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) training class for all interested residents who live or work in the City of Fairfax, in September 2012. If you want to learn how to be more prepared in an emergency where 911 may not be able to respond during a disaster, and you want to know how to help yourself and your neighbor, contact the City of Fairfax Office of Emergency Management at OEM@fairfaxva.gov or 703-273-8109. We need at least ten (10) interested residents to hold the class.
