Bebop Korean-Mexican Grill Opens in Fairfax City

Get your Korean bbq in a taco, burrito or bowl at this new eatery on Fairfax Boulevard.

FAIRFAX CITY, VA -- A new restaurant has opened in Fairfax City called Bebop Korean-Mexican Grill, at 10730 Fairfax Blvd.

Bebop serves up Korean barbecue in tacos, burritos and bowls.

If you go, you fill up your tacos, burritos and bowls with your choice of Galbi (beef short ribs), Bossam (pulled pork) or spicy marinated chicken. If you add rice, you have three options: White rice, purple rice or bacon fried rice.

Toppings include seasoned kimchi, Mexican street corn, mild tomato salsa, shredded cheese, chopped bibb hearts or sliced lettuce.

Sauces are Bebop House (rich and smoky), Korean Red (sweet and spicy) and Mexican Green (savory and sour).
