Black Friday Fair Oaks Mall Hours 2018 In Fairfax

FAIRFAX, VA—For most of Thanksgiving Day, Fair Oaks Mall will be dark. But it turns black at 6 p.m., when the mall at 11750 Fair Oaks Mall opens for the head start on Black Friday shopping. The mall will be open until midnight before closing for seven hours ahead of Friday's hours: 8 a.m.-9:30 p.m.

Each store sets its own schedule, so it's best to check beforehand, and the mall has an automated phone line (703-359-8300) that let's callers be directly connected to their store of choice. Saturday's hours are 8 a.m.-9:30 p.m. Also, regarding major retailers, visit a site like BlackFriday.com for hours and deals.

Nationally, there's a mix of retailers opening and closing on Thanksgiving. Retailers such as A.C. Moore, Barnes & Noble, Marshalls and Nordstrom will be closed, as well as grocery stores like BJ's Wholesale Club, Costco, Sam's Club and Trader Joe's. Other stores like JC Penney, Target, GameStop, Macy's and Old Navy will open in the afternoon on Thanksgiving.
