Britepaths Holiday Program Helps Families In-Need During The Holidays
Britepaths' annual Holiday Program gives Walmart gift cards to all the children in the families that the Fairfax-based nonprofit serves.
FAIRFAX, VA — Looking to get into the holiday spirit and bring some cheer to community members facing financial instability during the upcoming holiday season?
Britepaths, a Fairfax-based nonprofit, is seeking donations from the community to provide holiday meals and gifts for children of Fairfax County area families in need. Last year, Britepath’s holiday program helped 265 children during the holiday season.
“In a season that can be especially challenging for the families we serve, our Holiday Program offers a meaningful way for the community to come together and make a positive impact,” said Abra Kurt, executive director of Britepaths. “With the continued support of our donors, volunteers, and partners, we are able to provide a brighter holiday season for local children and their families.”

Community members are encouraged to sponsor families through financial contributions, which allow Britepaths to buy and distribute $50 Walmart gift cards per children in its client families. The cards can be used to purchase groceries and other essentials, as well as gifts for their loved ones.
Checks or gift cards may be mailed to Britepaths at 3959 Pender Drive, Suite 200, Fairfax, VA 22030. Please write "HP24" in the check memo line. Britepaths welcomes local businesses, schools, and community groups to join the program by making a donation or hosting a holiday giving drive.
