Dunkin' Teacher Of The Year At VA School Receives Free Coffee For 1 Year
Dunkin's Community Cruiser stopped by Fairfax High School on Thursday to hand out samples and recognize one teacher's hard work.

FAIRFAX CITY, VA — Dunkin’ presented Rodney Lopez, a Spanish teacher at Fairfax High School, with a year’s worth of free coffee on Thursday, in recognition of his excellence in teaching and unwavering commitment to student success.
“Mr. Lopez is a respected and valued mentor at the school, known for his deep knowledge of the Spanish language and culture. He thoughtfully tailors his teaching instruction to meet the individual needs,” according to Dunkin’.
Dunkin’s Community Cruiser visited the high school during lunchtime on Thursday to treat teachers and students to Dunkin’ Refreshers. They also received $5 promotional cards as a token of appreciation for their dedication and hard work.

Dr. Georgina Aye, Fairfax High’s principal, nominated Lopez to be Dunkin’s Teacher of the Year and was on hand for the presentation.
“Everybody should become good friends with Mr. Lopez,” she said. “He’s the one with all the coffee.”
