Farmers markets are held on Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays from May to October in downtown Fairfax. Markets offer food, plants, gifts and other assorted goods from local farms and businesses.

- Sunday Farmers Market: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sundays at the corner of Old Lee Highway and North Street, in the George Mason Square lot. (703-430-6164)
