FBI Joins Hunt for Missing Young Teens

The couple was last seen May 10. They may have left the Fairfax area by taxi, bound for Maryland, according to local police.

FAIRFAX, VA — The FBI has joined the search for missing teens from the Fairfax area.

Facette Danielle Lema, 13, and Rudy Toranzo, 14, were last seen at 10 p.m. May 10 at their homes in the Fairfax area. They were reported missing the following morning.

The couple may have taken a taxi to Jessup, Md., according to Fairfax County Police.

Facette is Pacific Islander and White, and has brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5’3” tall and weighs 142 pounds. Lema’s ears are pierced, and she may wear glasses.

Rudy Toranzo is Hispanic and has brown hair and brown eyes, although he may have dyed his hair green. He is 5’1” tall and weighs 140 pounds.

Both may be in need of medical attention.
