  • Youth 30-Hour Famine at Truro Church. Participants will fast from midnight Friday until 6 a.m. Saturday. The event includes worship, fun, prayer, games, rest, and learning about the realities of food in today's world. Call 703-273-1300 for information.
  • City of Fairfax Band at Braddock Nights. It's not within the city limits, but Fairfax City band enthusiasts might want to head to Lake Accotink Park to hear their city's Alte Kameraden German Band play. Lake Accotink Park, 7:30-8:30 p.m.
