Man Busted On Felony Drug Charges In Stafford: Police
A man was arrested Friday after being found with a large amount of marijuana while driving on northbound Interstate 95, says the SCSO.

STAFFORD, VA—A man was arrested early Friday morning after being found with a large amount of marijuana while driving on northbound Interstate 95, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. Thomas Guglielmo, 22, of Morris Plains, N.J., was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and obstruction of justice.
Around 5:20 a.m., an officer saw several vehicle go around a slow-moving vehicle with its hazard lights flashing in the left lane. He pulled over the vehicle and saw marijuana "on the suspect's person." More units were called to the scene, and an officer saw marijuana on the passenger seat.
Guglielmo was asked to get out of the vehicle, but he grabbed the steering wheel and refused. After he was forcibly removed, police searched the vehicle and found "a significant amount of marijuana." Guglielmo was jailed without bond.
