Masked Men Spook Resident In Ashburn: Police

Authorities are looking into an incident in which a masked man tried to break into a home before being joined by two other masked men: LCSO.

ASHBURN, VA—Authorities are looking into a suspicious incident in which a masked man tried to break into a home Tuesday afternoon in the 21200 block of Rosetta Place, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. He was dressed in all black and wearing a black mask.

Around 1:45 p.m., a complainant said another resident in the home saw an unknown man try to gain entry into the home through a rear basement door. He left after finding the door locked but later returned with two other masked men. They then got into Honda Civic parked on an adjacent street and left the area.

A similar incident occurred Jan. 19 but wasn't reported. Anyone with information is urged to call police at 703-777-0407.
