Melissa Robson Named Executive Director of Woodleigh Chase

Dynamic leader brings 25+ years of senior living and healthcare experience to Fairfax, Virginia

Fairfax, VA - Erickson Senior Living, a national leader in developing and managing continuing care retirement communities, has named Melissa Robson as the new executive director of Woodleigh Chase. Robson will oversee management and operations for the scenic 46-acre campus located in Fairfax, Virginia.

Robson started her career with Erickson Senior Living in 2018. Most recently, she served as the executive director at Greenspring in Springfield, Va.

“Melissa is a committed and thoughtful leader who excels at fostering meaningful connections with both her team and the residents she serves,” said John Mann, vice president, regional operations at Erickson Senior Living. “Her strong operational expertise, organizational skills, and compassionate approach will be essential in maintaining Woodleigh Chase’s reputation for excellence in senior living within the Fairfax area.”

Robson, a registered nurse, has over 25 years of experience working in various health care settings. She holds a bachelor's degree in nursing from Gardner-Webb University and a master's in health administration from Pfeiffer University.
