Missing Fairfax Man with Dementia Located
The City of Fairfax Police Department has located 54-year-old Sopheak Kim, a patient reportedly with dementia who went missing from Commonwealth Care Center Wednesday morning.
The City of Fairfax City Police report they have located a patient with dementia who went missing from Commonwealth Care Center Wednesday morning.
Sopheak Kim, 54, is a patient with dementia, according to Fairfax City Police, at the Commonwealth Care Center located at 4315 Chain Bridge Road. He was reported missing after he was last seen July 9 around 7:30 a.m.
