Movies Under the Moon Include Pet Tricks, Caped Crusaders

What's playing at Van Dyck Park this weekend.

Grab your family and a blanket and head to Van Dyck Park this weekend for a free movie and more.

The viewing field opens at 6:30 p.m. Local musicians will start performing at 7 p.m. The movies kick off at dusk. Food will be provided for a fee. Proceeds benefit INOVA Fairfax Hospital for Children and Cox Charities.

Special events: Local teen group Nocturnal Rush performs before the movie. Kids can get in on art games hosted by Adam Lister and the city's Parks & Recreation Department.

Bonus: Come dressed as a superhero. Best costumes win prizes.
