Neighbor Helps Police Nab Suspects in Larceny
The Wilcoxson Drive man saw three men standing by a neighbor's car.

An observant neighbor helped police nab three suspects in a Wilcoxson Drive larceny Saturday.
Fairfax City Police received a call just before 3 a.m. from a concerned resident in the 3800 block of Wilcoxson Drive. Three strange men were standing next to a neighbor's vehicle. They left on foot before the call came in.
Officers spotted the suspects riding in a taxi cab. They had a wallet containing credit cards belonging to the victim.

Luis Cruz, 19, of 6835 Iverness Drive and Daniel Ramirez-Nunez, 19, of 5922 Cove Landing Road #201 were taken into custody and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where each was charged with two counts of possession of stolen credit cards and two counts of vehicle tampering.
Cruz was also charged with one count of grand larceny. In addition, Hamza El-Hannaoui, 19, of 7221 Hillmead Court was taken into custody and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with two counts of possession of stolen credit cards and two counts of vehicle tampering. All subjects were held without bond.
