Oakton Man Charged in Rust Hill Home Burglary

A 20-year-old Oakton man was charged in the late-May burglary of a home on Rust Hill Place.

Charles Emmanuel Bull, 20, of 2706 Clarkes Landing Drive, was arrested Wednesday. Police believe Bull broke out the rear basement window of the 3900 block Rust Hill residence between May 24 and May 31. Nothing was reported missing from the home.

Fairfax City Police charged him with burglary and transported him to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was released on a $2,000 unsecured bond.
