Old Town Square Holiday Gala Saturday In Fairfax

FAIRFAX, VA—Here's an ideal opportunity to meet, greet and celebrate the holiday season in something of a throw-back homage to idyllic innocence. It's the annual Festival of Lights and Carols, noon-6 p.m. Saturday around Old Town Square at 10415 North Street.

Enlivening the area will be live holiday music, s'mores and hot cider. And what more or less serves as the grand finale, the lighting of the town Christmas Tree at 5:30 p.m.
