Photos: Trick-or-Treat Fun at City Hall

City Hall and other locations throughout the city were all decked out Thursday for Halloween, and children were invited to trick-or-treat.

Both children and City of Fairfax employees alike were dressed up Thursday for trick-or-treating fun at City Hall, sponsored by the City's Employee Recreation and Welfare Committee.

It was the first year the City has held trick-or-treating events. The fun took place from 2 to 4 p.m. at City Hall, the Sherwood Community Center, Historic Blemheim, and the Fairfax Museum and Visitor Center.

The offices were looking spooky indeed, and the employees had fun with it by having trick-or-treaters vote on which department had the best decorations.

Maps were handed out to visitors guiding them around to all the participating departments throughout City Hall.

Did you go to any of the City's trick-or-treating events on Thursday? Tell us in the comments.
