Police Blotter: Nov. 4
The following information was provided by the City of Fairfax Police Department. In the case of arrests, this blotter does not imply guilt.

Fairfax City Police responded to the following incidents, as published in the department's daily crime bulletin.
- On Nov. 3, a resident of the 4100 block of Roberts Road that two unknown individuals try to break into a resident by forcing their way through a door. Entry was not gained and no property was stolen.
- On Nov. 3, a police officer arrested Kevin Mark Collinson, 49, of the 2600 block of Centennial Court in Alexandria. Collinson is charged with stealing license plates in Tennesee and using the lights on his vehicle instead of registering the car. Collinson was transported to the Adult Detention Center
- On Nov. 3, the manager of Buffalo Wing University "reported that a female subject had entered the business and engaged in an altercation with a male employee. When the manager attempted to break up the argument the female subject punched her in the face. The manager appeared before a magistrate who issued a warrant for assault. The female subject, Jessica Anne Naca, 22, of 8368 Gaither Street, Manassas, was taken into custody and transported to the Adult Detention Center where her bond was set at $1000."
- On Nov. 4, a employee of the McDonald's, located at 10775 Fairfax Blvd., reported that a disgruntled customer damaged the drive-through window.
