
A 14-year-old girl missing since November returned unharmed to her family late last month.
Estefani Perez-Rubio, or "Shorty,"was found in a Falls Church McDonald's parking lot on March 17, according to Dan Grimm of the Fairfax City Police Department. She was with Charles Alberto Mejia-Ceron, 40, who police had sought in Pereze-Rubio's disappearance.
The Fairfax City girl had run away from her home with Mejia-Ceron on November 16. City police put out a community notice days later, describing what the two looked like and what they had been wearing when they left.

Fairfax City charged Mejia-Ceron with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Fairfax County added two more charges, possession of a false identification and possession of stolen property.
Police say Perez-Rubio knew Mejia-Ceron.
