Police Search for Stolen Cardboard, Refer Counterfeit Case to Secret Service
The latest in Fairfax City crime.

Fairfax City Police are looking for some stolen cardboard and the man who shopped at DSW with counterfeit $20s. Here's the latest in crime news within the city limits:
- Counterfeiting, : Police are looking for the man who paid for DSW merchandise with counterfeit $20 bills at around 3:25 p.m. on Feb. 3. U.S. Secret Service has been contacted.
- Credit Card Fraud, : Someone(s) used a debit card and PIN to purchase items without the card owner's permission on Jan. 29.
- Larceny, : Someone(s) stole bundles of cardboard from the Lotte Plaza loading dock sometime early in the morning on Jan. 19, 28 and Feb, 2.
- Larceny, : Someone(s) stole a wallet from the salon counter at around 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 3. There was cash, identification and a debit card inside the wallet.
- Unlawful Entry, : A 16-year-old male and a 13-year-old female were picked up by police at around 4:35 p.m. on Feb. 4 at the old Westmore School property. They were allegedly trying to enter the school building. Both were taken to their parents and given trespass notices. Juvenile petitions are pending.
