Police Seek Spiky-Haired Man in Alleged Bus Stop Sexual Assault

A 15-year-old girl was followed by a man on her way to the school bus Wednesday morning.
Fairfax County Police say the girl was walking near the intersection of Fair Lakes Parkway and Monument Drive, near Fair Oaks Mall and Fairfax Corner, at around 6:20 a.m. Wednesday when an unknown man started harassing her.
The man, a white male, age 30-39, about 5-feet 6-inches tall, 160 pounds, said sexually explicit things to the girl and touched her inappropriately, according to police. He was wearing a black jacket and styled his black hair into spikes.

This is not the first time this man has wandered about the bus stop. Police say the girl had seen him before in some nearby bushes.
