FAIRFAX CITY, VA -- The following are the most recent incidents as reported by the Fairfax City Police in their crime bulletin released Friday.

Trespassing Arrest 16-06490: 9617 Fairfax Boulevard / 7-Eleven- On April 21 at 11:18 AM an officer on patrol observed a male subject on the property who he knew had been issued a notice not to trespass. John Whitfield Stark, 53, of no fixed address, was charged with trespassing and released on a summons.

Larceny 16-06505: 9610 Fairfax Boulevard / Farrish Chrysler Jeep Dodge – On April 21 at 2:28 PM a manager reported that sometime after February 1 unknown person(s) had stolen two dealer license tags from the dealership.
DUI Arrest 16-06533: Fairfax Boulevard / Oak Street – On April 21 at 11:11 PM an officer who had initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle observed that the driver was intoxicated. Mariana Herrera, 56, of 5705 Rocky Run Drive, Centreville, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where she was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and her bond was set at $3000.

DUI Arrest 16-06544: Chain Bridge Road / School Street – On April 22 at 1:21 AM an officer checking on a vehicle stopped in a traffic lane observed that the driver was intoxicated. Christopher James Butkiewicz, 22, of 1118 Sanctuary Cove Lane, North Palm Beach, Florida, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and refusal of blood/breath test.
Vandalism 16-06546: 3971 Chain Bridge Road / Auld Shabeen – On April 22 at 1:43 AM the manager reported that earlier in the evening unknown person(s) had broken a window in the men’s restroom.
