Santa Makes Early-Morning Pitstop In Fairfax City During Annual Ride
Each year, Santa Ride's collects donations of toys and games for children in need at locations across Fairfax County.
FAIRFAX CITY, VA — December is a busy month for Santa, which is why he showed up so early Tuesday morning at City of Fairfax Police Headquarters with an entourage of motor officers.
Each year, motor officers from several local departments escort Santa as he visits drop-off locations around Fairfax County where people have donated new toys and games to be distributed to children in-need.
On Tuesday, Santa was scheduled to visit 33 locations around Fairfax County where people have dropped off their donations.

After a quick conference with the motor officers, Santa finalized plans with his holiday entourage of Mrs. Claus, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, The Grinch and Olaf the Snowman from “Frozen.” He then sprang to his Harley, motioned to his team, and away they all roared off down Blenheim Boulevard.
