Two Virginia Street Signs Stolen, Man Arrested for Drunk in Public at Lamb Center

Today's crime news includes:
- Vandalism, : Someone(s) smashed a pane glass window at the business between 6:15 p.m. July 18 and 10:30 a.m. July 19.
- Fraud, : A woman contacted police Friday morning when she discovered her credit card had been taken and used at several businesses in Fairfax City and the surrounding area.
- Alcohol Interdiction, : Frank Martin Jaklitsch, 59, of no fixed address was arrested after going to the Lamb Center at around 11:20 a.m. Saturday. A citizen called police and said Jaklitsch was trespassing and drunk. Police found the man and charged him with drunk in public after being interdicted.
- Larceny, 4100 Block of Vanderbilt Court: A Vanderbilt Court resident contacted police when she discovered a large sum of cash missing from her purse when she went to make a bank deposit Saturday afternoon.
- Larceny, Lifetime Fitness: Someone(s) took an iPhone 4 and $28 in cash from the gym's locker room between 7:50-9:10 p.m. Saturday.
- Larceny, 4000 Block of Virginia Street: Someone(s) stole two road signs on Virginia Street. Police were contacted at 7:54 a.m. Sunday.
