Vienna Volunteer Fire Department Auction
Come out to the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department for its live and silent auction. The department will be auctioning off a timeshare week, a dinner cruise, hundred of dollars in hair services, and even some of its very own firefighters and EMTs! Friday, July 12, 6 p.m.

Check out the summer Japanese celebration at Ekoji Buddhist Temple in Fairfax Station. This annual Obon Festival includes a full evening of activities featuring a performance by the Aloha boys, a local Hawaiian music group, along with traditional Japanese folk dancing, children's games, a taiko performance by Nen Daiko and more. Violinist Dr. Rami Kanaan and pianist Bettye Cooley return to the Oakton Church of the Brethren Community Concert Series to perform three sonatas by W.A. Mozart. Saturday. July 13, 7 p.m.
