Woman Arrested For Felony DUI, Hit And Run In Fairfax: Police
A habitual drunk driver was arrested early Monday night following a hit-and-run incident in Fairfax City, according to Fairfax Police.

FAIRFAX, VA—A habitual drunk driver was arrested early Monday night following a hit-and-run incident in the 10700 block of Warwick Avenue, according to Fairfax Police. Cynthia Duarte, of the 3700 block of Howsen Avenue in Fairfax, was charged with felony DUI (third or subsequent offense) and hit and run.
Shortly before 5:30 p.m., police arrived at the scene of a reported hit-and-run incident in which a vehicle had hit and fence and left the scene. They found the vehicle in the 10700 block of Scott Drive—parked in the middle of the road.
