NBC Washington reported Isha Koroma, 26, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives believe a man from Maryland named Musa Kargbo, 42, went to Annandale to fatally stab Koroma. Detectives said this does not appear to be a random act because they believe Kargbo and Koroma know each other.
