FALLS CHURCH, VA -- 2941 Restaurant is welcoming the arrival of spring 201​6​ and all of the seasonal ingredients that come along with it​ - ramps, fiddlehead ferns, morels, pea shoots, English peas, rhubarb and more by hosting a ​five​-course​ prix fixe​ "Celebration of Spring" dinner on Sunday, April 2​4​.

Priced at $​78​ per person, with the option of wine pairings hand selected by resident Sommelier Jonathan Schuyler for an additional $​60​, guests that have been waiting patiently to savor the first sneak peek of spring ingredients will be able to enjoy sweet and savory​ seasonal​ dishes thanks to Executive Chef Bertrand Chemel, Pastry Chef Caitlin Dysart and team.

Reservations are required with seatings available from 5 to 8:​30​ p.m.

  • ​FIRST COURSE: ​Tuna Crudokumquat confit, olive Niçoise, fennel, Cancale sea saltor ( V ) Asparagus Duoasparagus custard & popcorn foam, pencil asparagus salad
  • SECOND COURSE​: Halibut spring garlic, clams, baby calamari, San Marzano tomato coulisor ( V ) Barigoule “Provençal Braised Vegetables ”Hawaiian hearts of palm, local ramps, spring onion, artichoke, olive oil émulsion
  • THIRD COURSE: ​Pan Seared Sea Scallops, potato gnocchi, morels, English peas or ( V ) Parmesan Gnocchi English peas, morel cream, pea shoots

Reservations and deposit required. $25 per person will be charged at the time of your reservation and there is a 72-hour cancellation policy. A taxable service charge of 20 percent will be added to all bills during special event dining and holidays.
