Affordable Dwelling Unit Available at Pearson Square

From The City of Falls Church: The Department of Housing and Human Services is pleased to announce that an Affordable Dwelling Unit (ADU) is available for rent at Pearson Square (410 S. Maple Avenue, Falls Church) for $1,140 per month, plus utilities and fees. The unit is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment and is available now. Follow this link for a PDF of the floorplans and a listing of fees like security deposit, trash, and parking.

An ADU lottery will be held Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Dogwood Room, City Hall, 300 Park Ave, Falls Church, VA 22046.
To qualify, applicants must fulfill all of the following:

• All applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent legal residents.
• Total household liquid assets cannot exceed $40,000.
• Total household income must be between 50% - 80% of HUD Area Median Income (AMI):

Applications are available on the City’s web site and HHS office in City Hall. Applications will be accepted until Friday, February 24, 2017
