Falls Church Man Charged With Two Counts of Sexual Battery
Search warrants for DNA obtained by police.

Michael A. Gardner, 47, of the City of Falls Church, has been charged with two counts of aggravated sexual battery following an alleged incident at his home over the weekend.
Gardner was also charged with a count of object sexual penetration.
Barbara Gordon, spokeswoman for the City of Falls Church, said police are still investigating the incident.

Allegedly Gardner had inappropriate contact with two females inside his home. Gardner is being held at the Arlington County Jail, according to a press release. Police have obtained search warrants for DNA but Gordon said she is not sure if the evidence has been gathered.
